Please note that oral presentations at the ARCHES meeting are primarily assigned to members from one of the participating ARCHES groups or on invitation.

You are invited to present a poster and/or real-time demonstration.

Please note that oral presentations at the ICanHear conference are by invitation only.

Fees

  • ARCHES meeting: CHF 120 per person
    (Scientific program, coffee breaks, lunches and dinner on Monday, Nov 21st)
  • ICanHear conference: CHF 120 per person
    (Scientific program, coffee breaks, poster and demonstration sessions,  lunches and dinner on Tuesday, Nov 22nd)
  • Combined ARCHES and ICanHear conference: CHF 200 per person
    (Scientific program, coffee breaks, poster and demonstration sessions, lunches and dinners on Monday, Nov 21st and Tuesday, Nov 22nd)
  • Reduced fee (ICanHear conference): CHF 20 per person
    (Scientific program, coffee breaks, poster and demonstration sessions, without lunch and dinner)

Registration fees have to be paid via bank transfer. Details will be mailed after completion of the registration..
